What do I do if after placing a bet I suddenly change my mind, how do I remove the bet?
In games like Blackjack, Roulette, Craps and Baccarat, press with your right mouse button on the chips you wish to remove. In Roulette you can also click on the “Clear Bet” button to remove your entire bets from the table.

In Slots and Video poker, press the “Cash Out” button to remove your coins from the machine back to your balance. If other coins remain in the machine, do not worry as they will automatically return to your balance once you exit the game.

I tried to login many times but still received the error message, “Wrong username/password”.
If you had several failed log in attempts, due to CAPS lock and unnecessary spaces in username or password field, the system temporarily locks your account. Please note that the system allows you to input your password only three times, and if you failed on the third attempt your account will be automatically locked for 30 minutes.

I cannot login to the Client or Cashier. What should I do?

How do I make a deposit to my account?
Before making a deposit, the Dafabet Casino software must be downloaded first. I do not want any bonus. What should I do?
If you do not want any of the bonuses we offer you, please contact us by online chat or email to request removal of the bonus(es). Please be advised that this request should be made before deposit or after deposit but before you play the game and you will not receive any bonus in the future. Can I withdraw right after I have received the bonus?
Withdrawals can be made after finishing the wagering requirement of the bonus. However, players without deposit history yet at Dafabet Casino need to make a minimum deposit and wager once of the deposit amount before withdrawal can be processed.

If I do not receive any bonus, can I make a withdrawal anytime?
You can withdraw anytime when your bet total reaches your deposit amount. For example, if you deposited CNY200, you may only withdraw when your total bet amount reaches CNY200.

How can I finish wagering if my balance became 0 (zero)?
If your account balance reaches zero (0), the remaining wagering will automatically be removed. You may also request to remove the wagering when your account balance drops below CNY8/USD1. Please contact our Customer Support to remove the wagering and account balance.

Can I withdraw before I finish wagering?
The withdrawal request will be accepted after the wagering requirement was completed. If you insist to request withdrawal, we will deduct the bonus amount as well as the winnings and then the initial balance or the remaining balance (in case the initial balance is less than bonus and winnings) will be paid out. The processing fee is subject to be charged.
